GYROKINESIS® & GYROTONIC® Pre-Training
TEACHER TRAINING PATHWAY
I offer private Pre-Training for experienced students preparing to continue toward Foundation training. As a Pre-Trainer for GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS®, I offer two separate trainings — GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-Training and GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-Training — each its own private six-day, 30-hour study. I prepare students for the next stage of the official training pathway.
This is pre-training, not Foundation training.
BEFORE YOU JOIN THE WAITLIST
This training begins with experience.
Students should have previous experience in the method they want to study and generally complete at least 20+ classes with a licensed/certified GYROTONIC® or GYROKINESIS® Trainer before Pre-Training.
I will also assess readiness individually.

ABOUT PRE-TRAINING
A private period of study before Foundation.
This training is for students who already have experience in the method they wish to study and are ready to begin the official teacher-training pathway.
The pre-training is private and covers GYROKINESIS® Level 1 Pre-training or GYROTONIC® Level 1 Pre-training over six days and 30 hours. It is followed by continued study before Foundation.
I work through your own experience of the movement, supporting you to deepen your understanding before moving forward in the pathway.

Build your experience
Develop your personal practice in GYROKINESIS® or GYROTONIC®.

Pre-training with me
Complete the private six-day, 30-hour pre-training.

Continue studying
Continue to the corresponding Foundation Course.

Foundation training
Continue into apprenticeship and the remaining certification process.
Foundation and later certification stages are taught by qualified Master Trainers.
