What is Gyrokinesis®?

Gyrokinesis® is a breath-centered movement practice. Practiced on a stool and mat, it guides the spine through circular, spiraling motions to awaken the whole body. Feel lighter, more spacious, and fully alive!

This class is designed for all levels. No experience necessary—just a willingness to move and breathe.
